It took me awhile to figure out where I wanted to go for 7in7. If you know me, I’m not a particularly creative person - but I love working out and love sharing meals with people. So - Shaping Up & Sharing meals was born. Here we go!

Here is a quick circuit you can do at home with no equipment (or add resistance bands if you’re into that). Either set a timer for 20 min and do as many rounds as you can, or set a goal of getting through it 3x. Let me know if you need any clarification on any exercises!

Circuit #1:

10 pushups

10 tricep dips

10 burpees

20 mountain climbers

10 squats with a side leg raise

10 squat jumps

30sec-1min plank hold

Happy Sweating!
